Do you have to get a new rifle to hunt Africa?

Not unless you just want one. I found that for plains game you will not have any problem with your standard rifle you use for North American hunting. Rifles you use for deer, caribou, and moose will work for plains game. eg. 270cal, 7mm, 30:06, 300win mag.

Do I need any vaccinations to travel to Africa?

It is advised when traveling to get your hepatitis shots.

What about Malaria ?

In the area you will be hunting plains game it is a Malaria free zone.

Clothing - What do I need ?

A full list is provided but again you don't have to buy a lot of different clothing to hunt Africa. Many hunting clothes for early season white tail or turkey hunting will work.
