Over the years, Harris has built a well-rounded career in the tourism sector—first gaining hands-on bush experience in remote camps, and later honing his logistics and planning skills with a well-respected Destination Management Company (DMC).

Now, with years of industry knowledge and deep local insight, Harris has returned to his roots to offer something more personal—a safari experience shaped by someone who lives and breathes Botswana. Through Africa Compass Safaris, he shares not only the beauty of the land but also its people, culture, and untold stories.

With a solid background in the tourism industry and firsthand knowledge of Botswana’s landscapes, wildlife, and culture, Pearl brings both expertise and heart to every journey she helps craft. Growing up, she was fortunate to spend much of her childhood exploring Botswana’s wilderness on countless safari trips with her family. These early adventures not only shaped her deep appreciation for nature and culture but also instilled in her a desire to one day share that magic with others.

Her experience spans across various facets of tourism, but her true strength lies in connecting travelers to Botswana in a way that is meaningful, accessible, and unforgettable.
